If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

1. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens should submit

(1) cancellation certificate of Chinese citizenship
(2) current citizenship certificate
(3) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025.

*2. Health certificate (within 6 month).

*3. English proficiency test certificate

For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.

*4. Highest education certificate.

The documents in other language except Chinese and English shall enclosed with the notarized translated version in Chinese or English.
Graduating students can provide pre-graduation Certificate. After admission, the original graduation certificate or notarized copy should be submitted.

5. Applicant who has acquired foreign citizenship at the time of birth in a foreign country, whose parents were both Chinese citizens, or one of the parents was a Chinese citizen should submit

(1) Birth certificate of foreign country.
 (2) Chinese parents’ permanent resident certificate of foreign country should be obtained prior to the birth of the applicant.
 (3) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025.

*6. Non-criminal record certificate.

7. Applicants less than 18 years (by September 1st, 2025) should submit

(1) Letter of Guarantee (who must be an adult residing in Hangzhou)
(2) notarized Authorization Letter written by parents, copies available.

*8. All the visa pages in passport

*9. Photocopy of passport and all the visa pages.

*10. ID photo

White background, 35mm×45mm in size.

*11. Transcripts for all the courses in highest education school.

The documents in other language except Chinese and English shall enclosed with the notarized translated version in Chinese or English.

*12. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
